Simple rules about refunds, your responsibility, and what we promise.
Digital Delivery
Top-ups are digital and usually delivered right away. Once credits are added to your account, the order is final and normally cannot be refunded.
When Refunds Apply
Refunds are only for technical issues where money was charged but no in-game credit was received after 24 hours.
Your Responsibility
If you enter the wrong Player ID, Zone, or Region, the order is not eligible for a refund. Please check details before you pay.
Refund Time
Approved refunds are processed in 5-7 business days and sent back to your original payment method.
